HV-615
The HV-615 is a fast, economical, high density, closed-door horizontal baler built by Harris. Harris designed this baler with smaller recyclers, converters, and printers in mind. The HV-615 is capable of being fed by way of air system, manually, or conveyor, this baler is ideal when a vertical is not enough for the job and/or some automation is required

Barracuda
The Barracuda™. The Harris small, economical baler specifically designed to process non-ferrous metals, steel cans, and aluminum cans, as well as, paper stock, secondary fibers, PET, and HDPE. A 31 second cycle time, combined with the highest ram face pressure in its class, makes the Barracuda™ the best value in the market.
This cross cylinder, full ejection baler produces approximately a 45”W x 30”D x 60”L expanded bale size. Safety features include a safety interlock bale door and a mechanical safety release for the platen. With the automatic material adjust, upper and lower photo-electric cells, serrated andstepped knife, and combinedwith the extra-large hopper opening, the Barracuda™ iscapable ofhandlingmultiple materials without preliminary preparation and ideal baler for small to medium processors.
Wide-Mouth Closed Door
Our Widemouth Closed Door balers offer manual, conveyor, pneumatic, or chute feed, and are ideal for distribution centers, warehouses, industrial plants and recycling facilities.
Horizontal Narrow Box
Especially designed for baling shredded, trim, skeletons, die cut materials, and other various grades of waste paper. Designed to perform in conjunction with shredders and air systems.

Horizontal Process Open End
Featuring the patented “Tuck-&-Fold” compression box, which densifies the material before shearing, the Harris BSH shears are available in capacities of up to 2,200 tons. The “Tuck-&-Fold” compression box reduces pre-processing time with no or minimal torch cutting operations, allowing fast feeding and great production. BSH shears are available with throat widths of 3’ to 5’ (.9m to 1.5m).
Horizontal Super Wide Mouth
The Super Widemouth, Auto-tie baler works exceptionally well for industrial, distribution centers, paper stock packers, and large recycling facilities. It features a wider, heavy duty structure for a bigger feed opening, processing a variety of materials, including OCC, ONP, high grades and commingled containers.
Horizontal Wide Mouth
The Widemouth, Auto-tie baler is ideal for MRF systems, large recycling facilities, and other multi-purpose baling applications. Its ideal for export bales.
Large hopper on our Widemouth, Auto-tie balers are designed to process high grade paper, ONP, OCC, aluminum UBC, HDPE, PET, select nonferrous metals and steel cans.
Piranha: Standard Features
This compact and ferocious machine can handle any paper stock , secondary fiber, aluminum/steel cans, PET and HDPE you can throw at it. With a small footprint, the Piranha can fit in almost any location or facility.
Structural Integrity
- Heavy duty, .5 inch plate construction with 1" x 4" thick reinforcement.
- Single cylinder main ram provides superior transmission of power and force to the ram.
- 96 tons of compression force and 110 lbs/in2 ram face pressure is the highest in its class.
- Extra heavy duty baling chamber and eject door construction.
- Full penetration and ejection of the bale.
- Machined slots in shear knife and baling platen provide precise alignment between mating wire alots for easier wire threading.
