High Performance Horizontal Balers

The HP Series horizontal baler is designed from the bottom up for high performance, strength and durability. It is a high-end horizontal baler able to handle the toughest OCC, ONP, paper, and solid waste.

High Speed Action

The HP Series horizontal baler leads it’s class in baling speed with dry cycle times as low as 8.4 seconds due to a high speed hydraulic drive that delivers up to 10 seconds faster cycle times than competition balers. Think of how many extra bales you can process in one day.. how about one year?

The power unit on the HP Series line of balers offers higher operating pressure – up to 5000 PSI. It can easily compress anything in its path. The power unit also features variable flow pumps delivering the necessary power, at the proper time in the baling cycle. This feature reduces energy consumption, increasing efficiency.

Independent Cooling & Filtration

The HP Series features an independent cooling and filtration system. The system allows for independent, off-line, oil filtration and cooling so power isn’t reduced from main motor.

Harris HP Series models feature a 10″ PanelView touch screen display. These control units feature programmable logic controller with 15 material selections and programmable settings. Easily fine tune the settings to perfectly fit your operation. The control system also offers on-demand diagnostic information to analyze your production line in real time.
