Tri-State Recycling Equipment Merges with Catawa Baler & Equipment (CB&E)

December 11, 2006 – Peachtree City, GA

Harris is pleased to announce Tri – State Process Equipment, LLC ( Harris distributor) from Monroe, North Carolina has merged with CB&E out of Burlington, North Carolina. This distributorship will continue in sales and service for all Harris/Selco™ vertical, horizontal, and Two-Ram balers, including Centurion/HRB™ brand balers for South and North Carolina, Southern Virginia and Eastern Tennessee areas. Tri-State Recycling Equipment, LLC was created and is owned by Catawa Baler & Equipment; which is owned and operated by Kelly McDonald. The merger will enhance the service department, providing eight additional service technicians and service trucks. They will gain an additional 20,000 square foot refurbishment facility and shop, centrally located in Statesville North Carolina. According to Mark Mc Donald, Co-owner and Manager there are 2 additional sales representatives, and an after hour emergency services telephone line. These are just a few of changes since the merger.
